The master bedroom has a king size double bed, large walk In wardrobe and plenty of draw space. The second bedroom has twin beds with ample wardrobe and draw space.
A large landing area leads to a bathroom with a bath.
The Sitting Room is a cosy snug with a log burning stove and colour T.V. with freeview.
Leading from the hallway there is a second bathroom with shower, also a utility room with washing machine.
The Farmhouse Kitchen is very spacious with an oil fired Rayburn, electric cooker, fridge, microwave and T.V. The kitchen is fitted out with hand made old pine units.
Leading from the kitchen you enter the Garden Room which is south facing, it is two thirds glass and was previously the old stables.
There is conservatory furniture for your comfort in this pleasant sun filled room.
From the conservatory you access the cottage garden where garden furniture is provided so you can enjoy the south facing patio.
